Get Your Groats Terms

By registering for Get Your Groats you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

Unless you received prior permission from Get Your Groats, you may only register for one Get Your Groats account.

Users must use their real first and last name and these must be correctly capitalised.

You may not promote Get Your Groats in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting Get Your Groats in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your Get Your Groats account and possible legal action.

Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using Get Your Groats. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. Get Your Groats is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.

URL Rules

Before submitting a URL to Get Your Groats, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your advertising will be deleted along with any credits assigned. You may also have Groats removed from your account or your Get Your Groats account may be deleted.

*No sites with illegal activity.

*No frame-breaking sites.

*No viruses, trojans, or spyware.

*No adult content.

*Rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners in rotation comply with these terms.

*No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States.

*No PTP sites.

*Get Your Groats has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable.

No Monetary Value

Groats have no monetary value. Groats only have value when exchanged for advertising in which case those "Groats" cease to exist. "Get Your Groats" accepts no liability for received third party advertising.

"Get Your Groats" advertising can only be gained by trading "Groats" (which have no value) or from gifts and prizes for which there is not and never will be a fee. Therefore "Get Your Groats" advertising has no monetary value.

"Get Your Groats", it's owners and administrators will not replace or in any way compensate for lost Groats, lost credits or lost advertising from the Get Your Groats program or from any outside site regardless of the reasons for or circumstances of that loss.

Suspension or Deletion of Member Accounts

Get Your Groats administrators may suspend or delete accounts or remove Groats and/or credits from any account which violates any of the terms and conditions above. The administrators of Get Your Groats may suspend or delete accounts which remain unused for any time in excess of one year or any unverified account with no time restriction on such suspension or deletion. Get Your Groats administrators may suspend or delete accounts or remove Groats and/or credits from accounts for other unspecified reasons as determined by the Get Your Groats administrators.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Both the registered member and the owner of Get Your Groats (Vincent Warner) agree that these terms and conditions have been formed under English Law, that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
